We at Froothie guarantee your customer satisfaction by offering a 30-day money-back guarantee on our quality products.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience and purchase.
We want to encourage our customers to test the devices at home or in their business. This 30-day trial period is proof of our confidence in the entire Optimum product line of quality products.
Assuming you buy a high-quality device but find that it does not meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase, you can return it to us.* (The customer bears the shipping costs)
Returns must be sent back to us within 5 business days after receiving the return address; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted under the 30-day money-back guarantee. If for important reasons you cannot meet this 5-day deadline, please contact us.
Once the return has arrived at the warehouse, it takes 5-10 business days to check the device for completeness and cleanliness. Then the full purchase amount will be refunded to you within 5-10 business days after receipt of the devices.
To return your device, please first contact us in writing here or by email at support@froothie.de
We will then inform you to which address the device should be returned.
*If you receive a free gift with your purchase, it must also be returned in order for a full refund to be processed.
Now to the terms and conditions:
- Froothie makes its products available to every customer participating in this offer under the following conditions:
- This offer is exclusively for new customers and is valid for the first purchase of a device (not multiple). The offer is not transferable to product changes or upgrades after purchase.
- For further device purchases, the 14-day EU return policy (14-day cooling-off period) applies, provided the goods are returned unused and in the original packaging.

*For hygienic reasons, the 30-day money-back guarantee in Europe does not apply to certain product categories.This particularly includes the Optimum 600M juicer, as we have increasingly found that returned devices were not properly cleaned. For this reason, these products cannot be accepted back for hygienic reasons.A return is possible, however, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and sealed.
- All original packaging, including the brown shipping box, must be kept in order to take advantage of this offer (i.e., the product must be returned to us after it has arrived with you to receive a 100% refund).
- Froothie does not provide additional packaging for lost or damaged original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, the customer must provide appropriate packaging to return the device undamaged.
- Products returned without original packaging can still be accepted. However, a processing fee of 25€ will be charged + the cost of a new original packaging.

The product should be clean and free of scratches, scuffs, or stains. The devices and parts must be well cleaned and must not show any food residues. If this occurs, we must charge €30-80 for cleaning by our service team. (Don't worry, if the device has been properly cleaned, you will not have to pay a cleaning fee.)
Cosmetic changes such as discoloration (grinding certain herbs and spices in the jug leads to cosmetic impairments of the jug housing and can cause premature wear of the blades) or the effects of using scouring or cleaning agents or food build-up mean that the affected part must be replaced and the amount must therefore be deducted from the refund. - The device should have no internal or external damage.
- The device must function as originally intended and must not have been opened and/or altered in any way, unless previously indicated.
- Any device damaged by the customer will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
- For each product returned in insufficient condition, freight costs of 19€ to be refunded to the customer. These costs must be paid before returning the product and are non-refundable.
- Every device returned under this warranty must be returned complete and without missing parts.
- For devices returned with missing parts or accessories (e.g., a blender returned without a tamper or lid), the part will be replaced with a brand new one and the total value of the item as stated on the Froothie website(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Froothie cannot accept missing parts sent separately if they were forgotten. Regardless of whether the customer offers to cover the postage costs for the missing part or not, returns will only be processed upon receipt and cannot be resumed.
- Spare parts and accessories are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. They can only be returned within the 14-day EU return policy. However, the parts must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Service centers for returns processing are located in Bulgaria and Poland.
- This warranty is non-transferable.
- If it turns out that a condition violates consumer law, only that one condition is invalid, and all other conditions remain in effect.
- By accepting the offer from Froothie and purchasing a product covered by this warranty, the customer automatically agrees to their rights and obligations if they wish to make a claim under this warranty. Once the product has been received in the condition stated above, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued.
