At Froothie, we guarantee your customer satisfaction by offering a 30-day money-back guarantee on our quality products.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience and purchase.
We encourage our customers to test the devices in their home or business. This 30-day trial period is a testament to our confidence in the entire Optimum product line of quality products.
If you purchase a high-quality device but find that it does not meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us. (The customer bears the shipping costs)
Returns must be sent back to us within 5 working days, otherwise a return within the 30-day money-back guarantee cannot be accepted. If you are unable to meet this 5-day deadline for important reasons, please contact us.
Once the return has arrived at the warehouse, it takes 5-10 working days for the device to be checked for completeness and cleanliness. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount within 5-10 working days of receiving the devices.
To return your device, please contact us first in writing hereor by e-mail at support@froothie.de
We will then inform you to which address the device should be returned.
*If you receive a free gift with your purchase, this must also be returned for a full refund to be processed.
Now for the terms and conditions:
- Froothie makes its products available to any customer participating in this offer on the following terms and conditions:
- This offer is for new customers only and is valid for the first purchase of one device (not multiple). The offer is not transferable to product changes or upgrades after purchase.
- For further device purchases, the 14-day EU return policy (14-day cooling-off period) applies, provided that the goods are returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
- All original packaging, including the brown shipping box, must be retained in order to take advantage of this offer (i.e. the product must be returned to us once it has arrived to you in order to receive a 100% refund).
- Froothie will not provide additional packaging for lost or damaged original packaging. If the original packaging has been thrown away, the customer must provide adequate packaging to return the device undamaged.
- Products returned without original packaging can still be accepted. However, a handling fee of €25will be charged + the cost of new original packaging.
- The product should be clean and free from scratches, scuffs or stains. The appliances and parts must be well cleaned and must not have any food residue on them. Should this still occur, we will have to charge 30-80€ for cleaning by our service team. (Don't worry, if the appliance has been properly cleaned, you will not have to pay a cleaning fee.)
Cosmetic changes such as discoloration (grinding certain herbs and spices in the jug causes cosmetic deterioration of the jug housing and can lead to premature wear of the blades) or the effects of using abrasive or cleaning agents or accumulation of food means that the affected part must be replaced and the amount must therefore be deducted from the refund. - The appliance should not have any internal or external damage.
- The device must function as originally intended and must not have been opened and/or altered in any way unless previously advised.
- Any device that has been damaged by the customer will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
- For any product returned in unsatisfactory condition, freight costs of €19 will be charged and refunded to the customer. These costs must be paid before the product is returned and will not be refunded.
- Any device returned under this warranty must be returned complete and with no missing parts.
- Any appliance returned with missing parts or accessories (e.g. a blender returned without a tamper or lid) will be replaced with a brand new part and the total value of the item as stated on the Froothie website(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Froothie cannot accept missing parts that are returned separately if they have been forgotten. Regardless of whether or not the customer offers to pay postage for the missing part, returns will only be processed upon receipt and cannot be resumed.
- Spare parts and accessories are excluded from the 30 day money back guarantee. These can only be returned within the 14 day EU returns policy. However, the parts must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Service centers for returns processing are located in Bulgaria and Poland.
- This warranty is not transferable.
- If any condition is found to be in breach of consumer law, only that one condition will be invalid and all other conditions will remain in force.
- By accepting Froothie's offer and purchasing a product covered by this warranty, the customer automatically agrees to their rights and obligations if they wish to make a claim under this warranty. Once the product has been received in the above condition, a refund will be issued less shipping costs.
