After receiving your order and confirming payment, your order will be forwarded to the warehouse within 24 hours.

Your order is processed from here. As soon as the order is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping details.

SHIPPING - Customers from Germany, Austria

We mainly work with the shipping companies DPD, DHL, and GLS. Delivery from the German warehouse within Germany usually takes 2-3 business days. To Austria normally 2-4 working days.

If delivery could not be made due to absence (and no address for storage was provided), a notice is usually left on your door or in your mailbox. The goods will then be taken to your post office or back to the delivery warehouse to await further instructions from you. If you agree/have agreed, the package (depending on size) will be thrown into your mailbox or left in front of your door.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your package will be stored at the post office or warehouse that is most accessible to you. Normally this is the case, but unfortunately we have no control over the suppliers. We apologize in advance if your package is once stored at a different post office. Unfortunately, in this case, we are unable to arrange the shipment of your package to your preferred post office.

As soon as your order is placed and paid for, it will be automatically forwarded to our central warehouse. If the specified delivery address is incorrect, the responsibility lies with the customer. In case of a return, the shipping service provider may charge fees for rerouting (if possible) or return + reshipment, which will be passed on to the customer.

SHIPPING - Customers from Switzerland

Unfortunately, orders for Swiss customers are currently not possible.

Customers from Switzerland can also hand over customs clearance to external service providers, such as MeinEinkauf.ch, and thus the package will be sent to an address in Germany and forwarded from there.
